What All Indonesia replaces

Indonesia merged its arrival forms for immigration, customs, health and quarantine into one digital system called All Indonesia 1. The customs part is where you declare the goods you carry to customs officers 2. Travellers carrying animal, fish or plant products declare them in the same form 1.

Who must fill it in

From Monday 1 September 2025, international passengers at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Juanda Airport in Surabaya and I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali, and at international ports in Batam, had to declare their arrival through All Indonesia 1. The trial was expanded the same day to all airports, ports and land borders 1.

The Directorate General of Immigration urged all international passengers, both Indonesian and foreign citizens, to report their arrival through the system 1. The site has separate forms for Indonesian citizens and for foreign visitors 2.

When to submit

You can fill in the All Indonesia form from 3 days before arriving in Indonesia, and on landing 1. The UK Foreign Office tells travellers to complete it within 72 hours of arrival 3.

Cost and validity

Filling in the arrival declaration through All Indonesia is free of charge 1. The UK Foreign Office repeats that the service is free 3.

The site says an arrival card QR code can stop being usable, so treat each submission as being for one arrival 2. The proof document it issues confirms entry once you have cleared post-arrival checks at an immigration checkpoint 2.

Visas are separate

The All Indonesia site states that the arrival card is not a visa 2. If you need a visa or visa on arrival, arrange it through Indonesian immigration 3. The UK Foreign Office says you can use the All Indonesia app to apply for a visa after completing the form 3.

Avoid paid look-alike sites

The UK Foreign Office advises travellers to avoid alternative websites or email links that ask for payment for All Indonesia 3. Use https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id, which is run by Indonesia's Directorate General of Immigration 2.
